Every Spring Training the Association of Minor League Umpires (AMLU) participate in a One-Day Charitable Fundraiser with the likes of Athletic Trainers from Minor League Baseball and their organization, Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers (PBATS). This year the organization is called Miracle League.

The AMLU and its membership raised $610.00 for this amazing foundation.

The Miracle League program provides an opportunity for children with mental and/or physical challenges to play baseball!  With a specially designed rubber turf field, The Miracle League makes dreams come true for children with special needs.

There are scores of Leagues around the globe; each organization affiliated as a partner for The Miracle League Association www.miracleleague.com.  With Miracle happening every day, the children in your community deserve the chance too.

Make a Miracle and change lives.  Organize a league, volunteer to be a “buddy”, become a sponsor!  You too can create a priceless experience for a very deserving child.
